Wp Studio Policies
The Excitement Begins Here
* Pre Shoot Consultations are free, However we set this time to go over your ideas and interests and take time from our schedules to do this, because it is the first of many creative steps in producing your a one of a kind photos. Wp policy requires a 24 hr notice to reschedule your free consultation. If you cannot make this appointment and do not reschedule in a timely manner, the rescheduled consultation will be $50.
* Sitting fees are $85 and cover the time and talent of the photographer, and are separate from the cost of portraits, and is due at booking. Sitting fees are NON REFUNDABLE after the initial Photo session.
* All sales are subject to a 6% Kentucky sales tax.
* all prices subject to change without notice.
* A presentation appointment can be scheduled after your photo shoot, usually 3-4 weeks, Please be ready to schedule your presentation session at time of photo shoot. This will usually take 1-2 hours and we suggest you schedule enough time to adequately go over your choices and your order. Wp requires $50 for each additional presentation session required.
* Payment is due in full when your order is placed. Rush processing is available for an additional fee.
* All photos will be available to see and order for 30 days after the originally scheduled presentation date. After that, there will be an additional reloading fee of $30.
* All portraits are retouched to remove minor blemishes and given a luster finish and are available in B&W and color. There is an additional charge for more extensive retouching.
* Multiple sizing options are available.
* All images remain the property of Wp Studio and are protected by federal copy right law; copying of any kind is prohibited.
* Modeling Portfolios that give you a limited copyright release does not give you ownership of the image; it is intended for portfolio work only. Any publication must be approved by and credited to Wp Studio.
