Welcome Ezekiel

Our newest Wp star, our grandson, Ezekiel, was born Aug. 19th. 6 weeks early but strong. he was released from the hospital after doctors and nurses were amazed at how fast he recouped. His name means Strengthened by God and it surely seems appropriate! He is so very tiny currently at 5 lbs. 3 oz and so alert! we are utterly amazed at his beauty and heath. Precious!

We are so excited .. Our friends with A.A.R.F. (Ashland Animal Rescue Fund) won the Pepsi Refresh and will have money to save even more animals.. Way to go AARF!!
Last month we were photographing their efforts for our CWC (Camera With a Conscience) when we were introduced to Maggie, a beautiful shiba inu/ Corgi mix who simply stole my wife’s heart and of course we brought her home with us and then she stole my heart too! She is beautiful and smart. She was abandoned because she has seizures that can be treated with medications but no one wanted that responsibility. Our granddaughter also has seizures and is very smart but people fear her seizures without getting to know her, so we just felt it was meant for us to have Maggie. We feel like she is already part of our family and we encourage everyone to open your hearts to these animals who will not get a second chance unless we make it happen.

This will not replace the studio presentation, but will be an added service so that additional photos may be viewed and or ordered at you leisure.

We were so impressed with all the contestants and how professional they were. Kathy and Cecelia did a great job and I got some beautiful photos. We took each photo and edited each and every one. Some to take out unwanted background and others to adjust lighting treaing each as an individual portrait to being out the best in everyone. Going from extreme light to shadows was quite hard. The editing is now finished and you can see all the photos. Thank you to all the parents who waited patiently while we edited over 600 candid shots.whew!! I hope you agree it was worth the wait.

Miss Poage Landing Days Beauty Pageant

What a beautiful day for so many beautiful people! I was impressed with the contestants and the way the pageant was organized and especially the amount of work and attention to detail that goes into pageant planning.
I put a lot of effort in making sure my work is something I am proud of and something my customers love. I hope you feel that when you look at the photos of yourself, your family or friends who was in this pageant..

David E Carter will be in Ashland soon, promoting his documentary about baseball in the 1950’s
Marty Brennaman, voice of the Red’s, will be lending his famous voice to the project.
We are looking forward to meeting and photographing both of these amazing men.

You told us you don't want to be required to buy a package to get portraits.... So we will extend our Freedom from Packages deal
for those who don't need large amounts of photos or are just trying to get by on a budget. With so many of our friends and neighbors losing jobs, we feel obligated to do what we can and we hope it helps.
My wife jokingly suggested we do something like the Cash for Clunkers, but we decided THAT program wasn't going so well so
we decided against that. :)
Our extended special is $65 sitting fee then you buy only what you need... no package requirement.
